Maeve Conran is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Philadelphia who describes her music as lyric forward, focusing on telling stories of her life in hope of people connecting with her words.

Maeve’s musical journey started as a flutist at school when she was 10 years old. She went on to obtain her associate’s degree in flute performance from the Community College of Philadelphia, before transferring to Temple University, where she expects to complete her bachelor’s degree in Audio and Live Entertainment this December.

Maeve moved into singing and songwriting over the past few years by performing in a duo called ‘The Real Blake’ with her best friend, and she is excited to start out her musical journey as a solo artist!

Maeve takes inspiration from folk lyricists such as Adrienne Lenker, Sufjan Stevens, and Elliott Smith. She is also influenced by artists in other genres, including Lizzie McAlpine and Clairo. She brings all this together, exploring new sounds, in her debut EP due out this fall.
